Pizza dough is made daily with Caputo “00” flour, fresh yeast, water and sea salt, while the red sauce uses crushed San Marzano tomatoes and the mozzarella is made fresh in-house. Pizzas are fired in an 850°F Stefano Ferrara wood-burning oven made in Naples, Italy. The menu features Neapolitan favorites such as Margherita and Margherita Extra, along with distinctive pizzas including Fig & Pig, The Big Hurt and Muffaletta. Frank's also offers wood-fired focaccia, burrata, Italian cured meats and cheeses, pasta, risotto, salads and desserts.
