Founded in 2020, Flames brings distinctive Persian flavors to the Shreveport-Bossier area with grilled kabobs, traditional stews, gourmet basmati rice, seafood, lamb and fresh Mediterranean favorites. The menu features Beef Kubideh, Beef Chenjeh, Chicken Kabob, Lamb Shank, Salmon Kabob and Shrimp Kabob, along with Persian specialties such as Ghormeh Sabzi, Gheymeh and Khoreshte Ghaimeh Bademjan.
